Seeking for Second Victory in PSL 2022, Zalmi and Qalandars met in today’s PSL Match at NSK. Zalmi won the toss and choose to field first. Qalandars started well, Fakhar Zaman carried the form of the previous match and scored 66 runs. At the end of the innings, some brilliant stokes were played by Rashid Khan which set up 199 on the scoreboard. Chasing the huge score of 200, Peshawar Zalmi started slowly, then lost wickets gradually. Haider Ali scored 49, Kamran Akmal 41, and Shrefane Rutherford was sent back to the pavilion after 21. Emerging Player Zaman Khan from Lahore Qalandars took 3 crucial wickets and received the Player of the Match Award.
