A thrilling match between Rizwan’s Multan’s Sultans and Sarfraz’s Quetta Gladiators ended with Multan Sultans winning by six runs. In addition, the Multan Sultans debunked the myth that batting second wins the match. Following Multan Sultans’ 174, Quetta started well but ultimately lost the main wickets. A total of 88 runs were scored by Shan Masood, 28 by Tim David, and 21 by Rellie Russow for Multan’s squad. There was sheer fun, excitement, and sensation in the last five overs of MS vs QG. In a match on a see-saw, Iftikhar was like Batman with huge sixes, he scored 30. As the game came to a close, James Faulkner got unlucky and was run out of the game. PAssing by multiple scenarios, 7 runs were required on 2 balls with one wicket in hand. Danger Man Willey was bowling a delivery, Naseem smacked it off towards Leg Side Boundary, it would have crossed the boundary, but Tim David was on duty at Boundary and he did his job! Yes, he caught the ball and he led his team to carry their winning streak in PSL 7.
