Pakistan Super League PSL 6 schedules announced

Lahore cricket board announced HBL Pakistan Super League 2021 schedule. The inaugural match of the league will be on 20th February whereas the final match will be on 22nd March 2020. Where defending champions Karachi Kings and Quetta Gladiators will face each other. The match between the two teams will be played at the National Stadium in Karachi.

In the first match, the finalists of the fifth edition of the league Lahore Qalandars and the winner of the edition 2017 Peshawar Zalmi will be in action while in the second match the teams of two-time champions Islamabad United and Multan Sultans will be in action. Match will be played in Gaddafi Stadium Lahore. For the first time since 2017, the final of the event will be played in Lahore.

The 34-match event will be played in Karachi and Lahore to ensure the health and safety of all stakeholders during the global Corona virus epidemic. The first phase of the event will be held at the National Stadium Karachi and the second phase will be played at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore.

The sporting period of HBL Pakistan Super League 2021 will start from February 15. Foreign players participating in the league must have a negative result of a test for corona virus before arriving in Karachi. Will be allowed. Arriving Pakistan two more tests will be performed, after complete satisfactory results players will start their training.

The cricketer or sports staff tested positive will be sent to isolation for five days. During this time, two more tests for the corona virus will be performed, the first on the first day of isolation and the second on the fourth day of isolation.

Director Commercials Babar Hamid said that he had mixed feelings on the announcement of the schedule of HBL Pakistan Super League 2021. He was happy that the event would be held in Pakistan for the second consecutive year. But unfortunately, due to the Corona virus situation, we have to limit all the matches of the events to only 2 cities this time and the situation is not clear yet regarding the arrival of spectators.

The Director Commercials said that last year a large number of spectators in Multan and Rawalpindi turned to the stadium to commemorate the event.

Schedule for Matches:

Note: All matches scheduled in Karachi will be played at National Stadium Karachi and all matches scheduled in Lahore will be played at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore. Scheduled matches during the day will start at 2 pm and scheduled matches at night will start at 7 pm. Two matches will be played on Friday, the first match will start at 3 pm and the second at 8 pm.
