IU vs KK Match Report: Islamabad United ruled out the Kings from the PSL 2022 for the First time in PSL history. Karachi Kings will not participate in the Playoffs for the first time, and they become the first team in PSL to lose consecutively seven matches. Islamabad United scored 191 in its opening innings against Karachi Kings. Skipper Shadab Khan scored 34, Faheem 29 and Asif Ali 28. While Defending the Target, Shadab got injured while fielding and set out to recover. Pacer Zeeshan Zameer also encountered the same situation after taking the crucial Babar Azam’s Wicket. Without Star Bowlers, IU defended the target well. Acting Skipper Asif Ali led the team from the front foot and bowled very nicely. Imad Waseem and Qasim Akram from Karachi Kings Squad performed well and at one time, Karachi was the favourite in Match, 2 was required on 1 Ball, and Waqas Mehmood was Bowling at the Moment. Chris Jordan was not lucky enough to grab 2 scores from Islamabad United and got run out, resulting in Karachi’s losing Streak for 7 Matches.
